There is no charge for an initial consultation. Following the first meeting a retainer will be required to be lodged in your name in my trust account. In the event that legal fees in excess of the retainer are to be charged, then a quotation will be issued in writing for your consideration before further work is completed. This will either be done on an hourly basis or as a fixed fee for the whole matter. Fee estimates will always be given if requested.
